NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING
OF
THE SCHOOL BOARD

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the governing authority of the school will hold a SPECIAL MEETING on THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 13, 2025 beginning at 6:00 p.m. at 4700 Rockside Road Two Summit Park 1st Floor conference room (lower level), Independence, OH 44131. This meeting is open to the public. This Special meeting is to be conducted for the following purposes:

1) to evaluate, discuss and modify security policies, procedures, and practices at the School;
2) to evaluate, discuss and amend the school’s media policy and media relations practices;
3) to discuss and establish requirements for schools leaders to immediately provide updates of the members of the governing authority of certain events and occurrences at the school.
4) To discuss deadlines for meeting materials and reports to be sent to the governing authority in advance of each meeting.
