DESCRIPTION:NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING\nLAKE ERIE PREPARATORY SCHOOL \nIDEA Part B Funds \nThe Board of the School shall hold a Public Hearing to allow for public comment on the use of\nIDEA Part B funds\, pursuant to requirements set forth by the Ohio Department of Education\,\nwhich provides for an opportunity for public comment on the use of IDEA funds. The Board\ninvites the public to provide commentary and/or opinion. \nTest Preparation Time Limit Waiver \nPursuant to ORC 3301.0729\, there is a limit to the amount of time in which schools may engage\nin test preparation for students; approximately 2% of total instructional hours\, with some\nexceptions.\nThe school wishes to apply for a waiver to assist the students who need the additional testing\npreparation time.\nThe Board shall hold a Public Hearing on the application for the waiver and invites the public to\nprovide commentary and/or opinion. \n\nThe Public Hearing is included on the agenda of the October Board Meeting:\nOctober 12\, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. Eastern\nLocation:\nEuclid Preparatory School\, 23001 Euclid Ave.\, Cleveland\, OH 44117 \n  \nDownload Test Preparation Time Limit Waiver PDF»\nDownload IDEA Part B Funds PDF»
